Phoenix Civic Plaza convention center at 111 N. 3rd St. offers more than
300,000 square feet of flexible convention, meeting and special event space
in the heart of downtown Phoenix.
Less than 10 minutes from Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport and
surrounded by cultural and sports venues, restaurants, nightlife and shopping,
Phoenix Civic Plaza is an ideal venue for conventions of any size.

The Concierge Center at Phoenix Civic Plaza
Located in Lobby One-Phoenix Civic Plaza's main entrance-is the Concierge
Center, which is operated by the Greater Phoenix Convention & Visitors
Bureau's staff in accordance with your event schedule.
Equipped with copies of your agenda, the friendly and knowledgeable
concierge staff will help your attendees find their way to meetings, exhibit
halls, spouse programs and off-location events.
Downtown, Greater Phoenix and Arizona maps are available, along with
up-to-the-minute information on what to see and do throughout the region.
A taxi hotline will arrange front-door pick up at Phoenix Civic Plaza
for your attendees.
The concierge center also offers a priority restaurant reservation system
for numerous Greater Phoenix restaurants for individuals and groups as
large as 100.
Concierge staff is happy to assist you in any way possible and can provide
information about the concierge services to include in pre-event mailings
and registration packets.
